Overview

I led the full end-to-end creation of the Manifestation Method App and Portal Membership—a soul-rooted platform delivering transformational courses, monthly workshops, and a library of Hypno-Activations designed to rewire the subconscious mind, helping users to live the life they desire & deserve.

​

In addition to designing the app and structuring the product experience, I unified all brand assets—including the website, podcast, email marketing, and social content—into a single cohesive identity: The Manifestation Method by Ayelet Polonsky.

​

I also scripted and filmed all course content, composed original sound healing tracks, and built the launch funnels and email ecosystem from scratch.

The Challenge

How do you turn a soulful practice into a clear, scalable digital experience—without losing its magic?

Before:

  • The brand was fragmented across three disjointed identities

  • The app didn’t exist yet

  • Emails were chaotic—disconnected in tone, visually unpolished, and underperforming

My job was to design a seamless, beautiful, and deeply impactful user journey—from discovery to transformation.

My Process

Brand Architecture & Strategy

  • Unified all digital assets under a single ecosystem

  • Designed visual and verbal identity systems for product, podcast, social, and email

  • Positioned the founder as the soul behind the brand, while creating scalable assets that could stand alone

UX & Product Design

  • Designed the Manifestation Method app from the ground up in Figma—crafting wireframes, component systems, user journeys, and responsive flows for audio libraries, courses, community access, and seasonal rituals.

  • Redesigned the entire website to reflect the new brand identity and match the tone, voice, and visuals of the app and Instagram. The site went from a static, outdated landing page to a modern, alluring experience that feels alive and intentional.

  • Introduced dynamic new elements, like a ticker tape banner announcing upcoming events and membership perks, to build urgency and create a premium feel.

  • Ensured a seamless user experience across all platforms (web, app, Instagram), aligning visuals, language, and interactions to reinforce trust and brand cohesion.

  • Prioritized mobile responsiveness, clear CTAs, and emotional resonance—so users could feel the magic of the brand instantly, whether they discovered it through a podcast, an Instagram reel, or a Rosh Chodesh workshop invite.

Email Marketing Overhaul

  • Audited all previous emails and cleaned the list structure

  • Designed new branded templates in Kajabi reflecting MM’s mystical and refined aesthetic

  • Wrote and structured:

    • A 5-email early bird sales funnel for launch

    • Weekly newsletter sequences with seasonal themes (aligned with lunar cycles, Kabbalistic wisdom, and Jewish holidays)

    • Automations for onboarding, community check-ins, and feature education

  • Emails went from chaotic and unbranded to an elegant extension of the Manifestation Method voice—grounded in mysticism, clarity, and emotional resonance

Curriculum & Content Creation

  • Wrote and structured the entire app curriculum, including three signature courses and monthly workshop templates

  • Designed attunement challenges, ritual practices, and seasonal programming

Video & Audio Production

  • Directed, shot, and edited all course videos

  • Created original Hypno-Activation tracks using sound healing and binaural beats to help users access theta states and integrate belief rewiring

Funnel & Launch Strategy

  • Built and tested opt-in flows across Instagram, email, and app entry points

  • Designed launch campaign with urgency-driven early bird pricing

  • Created weekly content aligned with user emotional and spiritual cycles to drive engagement

The Finished Product

Results

  • Unified a scattered brand into one high-trust, high-conversion ecosystem

  • Launched the app with paying members within 48 hours

  • 50K+ Instagram followers with strong content engagement

  • Email sequences now drive the majority of conversions, with 1-in-4 sign-ups during launch week

  • Audio + video content receives repeat engagement and user praise

  • Foundation set for certification program, retreats, and global brand expansion

Reflection

This project was a full-circle expression of my creative range. I turned a founder’s vision into a living, breathing experience—something people could see, hear, feel, and trust. It taught me how to create not just beautiful products, but meaningful ones—rooted in resonance, ritual, and results.
